## What Timekeep Does

- **Government deductions:** SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR withholding tax computed automatically using current Philippine contribution tables.
- **Attendance:** Real-time dashboard showing who's in, who's late, who's on break. Break tracking, overtime, undertime, and night differential.
- **Face verification kiosk:** Turn any tablet or phone into a clock-in station with photo verification. No biometric hardware needed. No buddy punching.
- **Scheduling:** Weekly schedule view with shift assignments, rest days, and leave tracking. Connected to attendance and payroll.
- **Leave management:** Leave balances, requests, and approvals. Integrated with payroll for automatic leave pay computation.
- **Employee portal:** Staff get a mobile portal with PIN login to check schedules, view payslips, see leave balances, and request time off.
- **Holiday pay:** Regular holidays (200%), special non-working days (130%), rest day premiums, and all combinations computed automatically.
- **13th month pay:** Automatic computation based on actual earnings.

## Origin
