Important rules

What every employee should know.

Mandatory for All

All rank-and-file employees who worked at least one month during the calendar year are entitled to 13th month pay.

Pro-rata for Partial Year

New hires and resignees receive proportionate 13th month pay based on actual months worked during the year.

December 24 Deadline

Employers must pay 13th month pay on or before December 24. Some pay half in June and half in December.
