Employee Rate Tiers
Employees earning ₱1,500 or below contribute 1% of salary. Those earning above ₱1,500 contribute 2%.
Flat Employer Rate
Employers always contribute 2% of the employee's monthly salary, regardless of how much the employee earns.
₱100 Cap Per Party
Both employee and employer contributions are capped at ₱100/month each, making the maximum total ₱200/month.
