See who's in, who's late, who's on break.
Real-time attendance tracking across your whole team. Late badges, overtime computation, and night differential, all feeding straight into payroll.

What you get
Everything included, nothing extra to configure.
Real-time attendance board
Four columns on your dashboard: not yet in, clocked in, on break, and clocked out. You see the status of every employee at a glance.
Late detection
Timekeep compares clock-in time against the assigned schedule and flags late arrivals automatically. No manual checking.
Break tracking
Employees clock in and out of breaks. You see who's on break, how long they've been gone, and whether they went over.
Overtime computation
Overtime hours are computed from attendance records and schedule. Regular overtime, rest day overtime, and holiday overtime all handled.
Undertime detection
If an employee clocks out early, Timekeep flags the undertime and adjusts pay computation accordingly.
Night differential
Hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM are tracked separately and computed at the night differential rate (10% premium).
Attendance logs
Full history of clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks, and late arrivals. Filter by employee, date range, or status.
Connected to payroll
Attendance data flows directly into payroll computation. No re-encoding, no cross-checking against a separate system.
Frequently asked questions
How do employees clock in?
Employees can clock in through the kiosk (a shared tablet with photo verification) or through the employee portal on their own phone. Both methods record the timestamp and connect to the attendance board.
Can I see attendance history for a specific employee?
Yes. The attendance page shows logs for all employees with filters for date range and status. You can also view attendance history from an individual employee's profile.
How is overtime computed?
Timekeep compares the actual clock-out time against the scheduled end time. Hours beyond the schedule are flagged as overtime and computed at the correct rate (125% for regular overtime, higher for rest days and holidays).
Does attendance data automatically feed into payroll?
Yes. When you run payroll, Timekeep pulls attendance records for the pay period and computes gross pay based on hours worked, overtime, night differential, and holiday rules. No manual entry needed.
